Avoid contact with eyes.  If skin irritation or rash develops, discontinue use.  For children under 6 months of age consult a doctor.  Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children.  In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Note:  A SPF below 15 may not provide adequate protection against sunburn and skin damage for some skin types.  Many skincare experts recommend regular usage of at least a SPF 15 to help reduce risk of premature aging, wrinkling and skin cancer especially if you burn easily or spend a long time in the sun.

Skin Cancer/Skin Aging Alert:  Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. This product has been shown only to help prevent sunburn, not skin cancer or early skin aging.

yes you can, but don
yes you can, but don't expect it to acaltluy lighten your skin.OTC products are not going to do anything like that, your skin color is created by melanin in your body a simple cream will not change the pigmentation of this melanin. You will probably have smoother skin and more moisturized but thats all.It also wouldn't do much for stopping aging either. But that is neither here nor there.ETA: Up your SPF (I use SPF 45 once I get my base tan, excellent coverage and stops me from getting any darker). A tan will fade naturally on its own with less sun exposure or more protection. It is created by UVA and UVB rays, the melanin in your skin protects you form burning, UVA rays oxidate preexisting melanin turning it darker while the UVB stimulates the production of more melanin. That is tanning in a simple nutshell.
